Our new Central Otago schist exterior and 40 lakefront refurbished units now offer a higher level of comfort and quality for the discerning traveler. New, private outdoor decks allow you the option of relaxing outdoors whilst taking in the breathtaking views at your own pace, without the crowds.
We have Studio Accommodation, One and Two Bedroom Units, a four-room conference venue, fabulous outdoor swimming pool, heated spa and a safe playground for the children to burn off some energy.
Our on-site restaurants 'Chill On Northcroft', and Tudor Dining are open seven days for delicious cuisine, created from local produce, your favorite tipple, and a selection of specials changing daily. New expansive outdoor restaurant deck with its glass surround boasts totally uninterrupted views and can cater for up to 100 guests, a very popular spot in the summer months, don't forget to book a table to avoid disappointment.

Conditions:
• Children 12 years and under qualify for the child rates quoted
• Should twin accommodation be required in a double unit a charge of $15.00 for the provision of a roll away bed will apply or $10.00 for a cot.
• Cots are available subject to availability.
• All tariffs include GST.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly and we apply a strict cancellation policy.
When a cancellation is received within two days of your intended arrival date, we will retain 25% of the room cost, one day, 50%, and 100% if cancelled on your arrival day.
Every effort will be made to rebook the room and, if successful, the fee will be refunded.
This cancellation policy applies to all individual bookings.
